We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming She Goes Outdoors Bliss & Bonfire Overnight Camping Retreat!   

This event is designed to help you unplug and renew, by pausing your hectic schedule to take a moment in nature. 

This retreat is exclusively crafted for women who are BUSY - offering a full day and night of renewal and cortisol detoxification.

To be still.  

To fully inhale and exhale.

To sit in silence.

To gently relax tight muscles.

To laugh.

To release.

 Your day will include stress-reducing movement, gentle stretch, lymph-flow bodywork and guided breathwork, enhanced by aromatherapy and sound bath.  

You will be served delicious, nourishing food, and be fully immersed in the grounding private outdoors experience, sheltered within the soft-it protective canvas tents.   

Our evening bonfire session will cultivate connection and sisterhood, through free-flowing, relaxed conversation.

We’ll chat about outdoor adventures, food, fitness, hobbies, how to embrace the outdoors with confidence, and how to carry on the practice of resetting going forward.  You will leave feeling refreshed and recentred following your cozy slumber under the stars.
