Thank you for choosing to support our small, independent business! Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. We pride ourselves on offering personalized service, and we appreciate your patience as response times may vary outside of these hours. 

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post, and we reserve the right to select the most economical carrier for each shipment.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days, but please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number via email. Just Hunt® Inc. is not liable for lost items or those shipped to incorrect addresses, so please ensure that you provide accurate information at checkout. Delivery times with Canada Post may vary.

**Returns & Exchanges**

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to our limited inventory and high demand, we do not offer exchanges on any items. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless an error is made on our part. Once we process your return, we will issue a Just Hunt® Inc. account credit, which will be sent to you via email.

All returned items must be unworn and in new condition to qualify for account credit. Thank you for understanding!
