Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). We’re committed to providing personalized service, so response times may vary outside of these hours.

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada, primarily through Canada Post. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping method for each order.

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Just Hunt® Inc. is not responsible for lost packages or orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to limited inventory and demand, we do not offer exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our end. Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a Just Hunt® Inc. store credit via email.

All returned items must be unworn and in new condition to qualify.
