These hands-on hunts offer real, practical skills and one-on-one guidance, tailored to each participant’s goals—whether you’re new to hunting or looking to build confidence in the field. I’m honored to introduce Celebrity Chef and dear friend Antonio “Smash” Meleca, along with his talented crew — including Celebrity Chef Craig Baxter of Gourmet Craft & Catering. Ty Baynton returning for more music. Dave Jacob will be our auctioneer for the items we have.
We have a special donation from Chuck Norris himself, an autographed cowboy hat and photograph and also a signed western hat from Jim Shockey!

This style of food service will feature multiple stations arranged throughout the barn and serving area, each showcasing a variety of wild game and locally sourced meats. These will be accompanied by an assortment of homemade sauces, side dishes, and handcrafted condiments.
