The Just Hunt Gear Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Just Hunt (“Sponsor”).

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The Contest begins on September 12, 2026 and ends on September 13, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

All entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter by:

1. Scanning the official QR code displayed at the Just Hunt booth at TACCOM 2026, Booth #4820, and completing the online entry form; or
2. Visiting the official Contest entry page at justhunt.ca/taccom-giveaway and completing the online entry form.

Participants may be required to provide their first and last name, email address, telephone number and other requested information.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using multiple names, email addresses, telephone numbers or other methods may result in disqualification.

One (1) winner will receive a Just Hunt Gear Package consisting of:

• One (1) Just Hunt Hat
• One (1) Just Hunt T-Shirt
• One (1) Just Hunt Soft Armour item
• Additional Just Hunt gear selected by the Sponsor

The approximate retail value of the prize is 350CAD.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or costs not specifically included in the prize.

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about September 18, 2026

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first attempted notification.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant may be required to:

• Confirm their eligibility;
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
• Sign and return any required declaration and release documents.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and another eligible entrant may be selected.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance, as required by applicable Canadian law.

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, or amend these rules, if fraud, technical problems, administrative errors or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the operation of the Contest or violates these Official Contest Rules.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or technically unsuccessful entries.

Information collected through the Contest entry form will be used to administer the Contest and contact the potential winner.

Participants will not automatically be subscribed to promotional email or text marketing solely by entering the Contest.

Participants may separately choose to provide consent to receive Just Hunt promotional communications, including news, hunting opportunities, events, products and special offers.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, city/province and/or statements regarding the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By participating in the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where prohibited or limited by law.

The Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes relating to the Contest shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
