Contest Rules for Sticker Contest

 How to Enter

1. No purchase is necessary provided entrants submit a hand-written request attached to an original one thousand (1,000) word essay explaining why your favorite hunting or fishing adventures is better than your best friend’s hunting or fishing adventure and why they are wrong. Friend may be contacted for verification.  It must be sent by Canada Post and be received at Just Hunt Inc. prior to the contest end date or final sale of tickets, whichever comes first.
2. Customers who purchase a Just Hunt Inc.  Sticker online at justhunt.ca will be automatically entered into the contest. 
3. For entries online, entries will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address that is associated with the Just Hunt Inc. account that made the entry. In this situation the authorized account holder of an email address is the person who is assigned the email address by any respective organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
4. Customers have an unlimited number of entries (until tickets are sold out).

Contest Period

1. Contest start and ends dates will be posted at justhunt.ca for each contest or until tickets are sold out.

Eligibility

1. The contest is open to all Canadian residents, EXCLUDING Quebec residents, who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
2. Current employees of Just Hunt Inc. are not eligible to enter this contest.

Prize

1. The prize and its approximate retail value will be posted at justhunt.ca
2. The winner will receive the eligible prize posted at justhunt.ca

Awarding the Prize

1. The winner will be randomly drawn live and announced when tickets are sold out. The draw will be posted live on Just Hunt Inc. Facebook page.
2. The winner will be contacted no later than 48 hours after the draw by email or phone.
3. If the winner cannot be reached within 30 days following the first contact attempt or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited, and Just Hunt Inc. has the right to select another winner.
4. The winner must present a valid photo I.D. when contacted. In the situation where the prize to be won is a firearm or dangerous good the winner must also present a valid Possession and Acquisition License.
5. The winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question through a pre-arranged phone call.
6. Shipping costs or curb-side pickup for the prize will be arranged with the winner after the draw based off the winner’s location.

General Rules:

1. The prize will be awarded as is. 
2. Just Hunt Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of a technology-related failure or issue and/or an unauthorized human intervention that effects the security or administration of the contest.
3. All and any personal information collected by Just Hunt Inc. will only be used for the purposes of administering the contest.
4. The odds of winning will be based on the number of eligible entries. The odds of winning a specific contest will be posted on our website at justhunt.ca.
5. Just Hunt Inc. assumes no liability for any claims, damages, or loss with respect to the acceptance, possession, and/or use of the prize.
6. The contest is subject to Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws. Contest rules are subject to change with or without notice to comply with Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws.
7. All firearm transfers, if required, are personal transfers from the owners of Just Hunt Inc. to the Contest winner. As required by Federal and Provincial law Information provided ‘may’ be held for personal records demonstrating the transfer of good to the Contest winner.

By participating, each customer agrees:

1. To be bound by all contest rules outlined above.
2. To permit Just Hunt Inc. to use their name for publicity purposes without any additional compensation. (This is for the purpose of awarding a winner on social media).
3. To sign a declaration and release form.
