Amanda Lynn Mayhew is a Northern Ontario–born outdoor educator, keynote speaker with the in-demand seminar 'Take Me Hunting' - This Could Be You Tour, clothing designer, advocate, and media personality — as well as the founder of Just Hunt INC. and the JH Gala & Awards, an annual event recognizing leaders in conservation, education, and hunting heritage.

A respected voice in outdoor education, firearm safety, and inclusion, Amanda Lynn has built a multi-disciplinary career across television, journalism, advocacy, and community outreach. Through keynote speaking, she brings real-world experience to stages across the country, while her clothing design reflects the strength, functionality, and identity of women in the outdoors.

She is widely known for her nationally televised Women’s Range Day events, airing since 2016 (created in 2011), focused on safe, responsible firearm use while empowering women and youth.

As the producer, editor, and host of That Hunting Girl on the Sportsman Channel, she shares authentic hunting experiences rooted in mentorship, conservation, and ethical practice. Her “Take Me Hunting” program continues to reinforce her belief that confidence in the field comes from education — not intimidation.

Her work extends through organizations such as Canadian Access to Firearms and the Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights, alongside contributions to multiple regional publications. She is also a stunt performer, with appearances in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Reacher, and Memory of a Killer.

Recognized with the 2021 Jeffrey Reed Courage Award, Amanda Lynn continues to lead with resilience, purpose, and integrity — using her platform to educate, mentor, and protect the future of hunting and conservation.
